Meaningful work deserves meaningful support.

If the business side of your work feels overwhelming, you're in the right place.

As a birth worker myself, I'm passionate about helping other birth workers with the behind-the-scenes business stuff that pulls them away from the work they actually love. But you don't have to be a birth worker to work with me.

If you're building a heart-led business and the business side feels draining, overwhelming, or just plain not your thing, you're in the right place.

Here's how I can help...

Websites, Marketing, Photos, Oh my!

Marketing, websites, & systems

You didn’t start your business because you were passionate about SEO, sales, workflows, or algorithms.

You started it because you care deeply about the work you do. Your website, marketing, and backend systems should support that work, not distract from it.

Let's create marketing and systems that help people find you, book you, and brag about you for years to come.

Headshots & Branding Photos

Professional photos elevate your brand in seconds—they build trust, communicate credibility, and help families feel connected before they ever message you.

But you don’t need stiff poses or cheesy smiles to look “professional.”

I help you capture authentic, aligned images that feel effortless and true—photos that show the heart of your work and the energy you bring to every client you serve.

Birth Photography Mentorship

You already know how to hold space—now you can learn how to capture it.

Birth photography doesn’t have to be intimidating or technical; it’s about understanding light, moments, and how to stay present while documenting them.

From simple phone techniques to advanced camera settings, flash, video, and editing, I’ll teach you how to create meaningful, powerful images in any birth space.

Birth Doula

"Working with Leslie was an absolute pleasure. She brought my vision to life with creativity, clarity, and attention to detail. She gave me a functional, yet simple site, just as I requested! She was professional, responsive, and thoughtful... consistently exceeding my expectations."

Birth doula / childbirth educator

"Leslie is a total marketing nerd in the best way. She lights up when talking strategy, copy, funnels, and systems and somehow makes it all feel accessible and fun. Her brain is magical mix of creative and analytical, and I genuinely don't know how I'd have brought my ideas to life without her."

Doula & Educator

"As a busy mom of two trying to get my business off the ground, this was the piece of the puzzle that was missing. And to have that taken off my plate and done for me was worth more than I ever thought"

Hey! I'm Leslie Moon.

I've been a birth worker since 2019. I started out as a birth photographer, and in 2020 officially became a doula. I absolutely LOVE my role in the birth space, but I equally love supporting small businesses - especially birth workers!

As a multipassionate, neurospicy single mom of two, it is an absolute pleasure to get to do "work" every single day that is not only deeply rewarding, but super fun, too!

If you're a birth worker or other heart-led business owner who really hates the business side of your business, we should definitely chat 😘
